We conduct structured 60 minutes case-interviews Strategy, Operation, Analytics, Marketing, Finance and Product candidates will work on real-world business problems to test their problem solving skills, human skills & leadership No cultural fit or hard skills assessment

Feedback

After the interview client’s HR manager will receive feedback, which consist of:

  • Candidate overall score and recommendation

  • Candidate score across eleven different criteria

  • Detailed textual feedback about candidate performance and behaviors

  • Video record of the interview
